«Parece que fuera ayer cuando empecé a bromear en una cafetería cercana a mi casa sobre crear un juego de rol basado en el simple hecho de conquistar a una chica resolviendo problemas. Desde entonces, y no sin la inestimable ayuda de mis amigos que me han ayudado a llevar el proyecto a cabo, Musu Musu Musume?! pasó de ser una mera idea aleatoria a una realidad. Era posible y, de hecho, era una buena idea.
La idea parecía simple en un principio: tirar dados en una mesa e interpretar la situación para llevarse a la chica. Por desgracia, estas cosas no son tan sencillas, puesto que quería crear un buen juego. Así que tuve que ponerme a investigar y comparar tantos manuales de rol como pude para no alejarme de la idea en su estructura. Una vez tenía claro el sistema, los diferentes tipos de personajes, personalidades y peculiaridades, y cómo organizar el manual, solo quedaba redactarlo, probarlo y corregirlo. Una vez más, para lo cual, agradezco infinitamente la ayuda a mis amigos y compañeros.
El sistema es bastante sencillo, la trama se genera entre los jugadores, ayudados por el Máster o SA (Señor del Amor) y para la creación de personajes se tarda un poco, pero una vez realizada el resto es disfrutar de la partida.
Musu Musu Musume?! surge como una alternativa a los juegos simuladores de citas, los Dating Sim japoneses. El problema con estos juegos es que todas las situaciones vienen y todos los diálogos vienen programados, de manera que suenan artificiales. Además, suelen ser bastante predecibles, por lo que no es nada difícil llegar a la situación que quieres y no representa ningún desafío auténtico.
En Musu Musu Musume?! el amor es el factor importante. Existe una trama, pero la trama es solo el medio por el cual los jugadores deben llevar a cabo su conquista, conociendo sus objetivos, a otros jugadores y a sí mismos. Musu Musu Musume?! explota todas las fronteras de la interpretación y del rol social creando un juego de ligar completamente innovador que creará más de una y más de dos risas en la partida y, volviendo al principio, con posibilidades infinitas.
